The apartment is directly accessible from the secure underground parking area, ensuring an easy transition from your vehicle to your accommodation. The entrance has ample space to store your coats and shoes. Moving forward, you’ll find a comfortable living room equipped with a television and sofa bed. This space leads directly to the patio, allowing you to enjoy the outdoors from the apartment. The dining area within the apartment is quite versatile. The table can accommodate up to 4 people, making it suitable for hosting dinner guests. The kitchen is practical and fully equipped, featuring plenty of space for meal preparation, along with a microwave, an oven, and an espresso coffee machine. Sleeping arrangements in the apartment include a main bedroom with a comfortable double bed that can also be split into a twin setup for flexible configuration, there is also a sofa bed in the living room sleeping 2 additional guests. The White Pearl apartment is conveniently located in a peaceful area of the Chamonix Valley, and there’s no need for a car during your visit. It’s only a 3-minute walk from the main Chamonix Sud bus station, which connects you to the whole valley and all ski areas. The main street, full of restaurants, cafés, bars, supermarkets, shops, and ski/board/boot rental stores, is just a 6-minute walk away.Nearby, there’s the Aiguille du Midi lift, just 5 minutes away on foot. It takes you up to 3842m, offering great views of Mont Blanc and access to the well-known Vallee Blanche powder skiing descent.

What’s Included
Self-catered bookings include linen/towels for each bed (there is a 25 euro per stay supplement for a sofa bed pack if your property has a sofa bed you wish to use), end of stay cleaning and local taxe de séjour (tourist tax). This allows you to benefit from the Carte d’Hotes giving you free travel on the trains and reductions on entry to the museums and other attractions. Standard check-in is between 4-8pm and check-out is by 10am. Early or late check-in and check-out might be available and can be booked through your guest area.
Payment terms and CancellationÂ
To confirm the booking, you must pay 30% of the total cost. Along with the accommodation fee, you will be charged a local tourist tax of 4.6 euros per adult per night and a non-refundable booking fee of 5%. The remaining balance will be automatically charged to the provided card 30 days before your arrival. You will receive an email notification prior to the balance being charged.
If you cancel your booking via email up to 30 days before arrival, you will receive a full refund, excluding the 5% booking fee. However, within 30 days of arrival, the booking becomes non-refundable.
