The Location

Chalet Diard is located in a quiet residential area of Les Pèlerins, offering a tranquil setting while remaining close to Chamonix’s attractions. The ski bus stop is just a short walk away, providing quick and easy access to all major ski areas, including Brévent, Flégère, and Les Houches.

For those travelling by car, the Brévent lift is around 5 minutes away, Flégère and Les Houches are a 10-minute drive, and Grands Montets can be reached in about 20 minutes. The centre of Chamonix is less than a five-minute drive or a 20-minute walk, where you’ll find a wide range of restaurants, cafés, and shops. Local walking and cycling trails can be accessed directly from the chalet, making it ideal for both winter sports and summer adventures.

The Details

The ground floor features a dedicated ski and boot room with plenty of storage and seating, as well as a games room equipped with a foosball table and sofa bed, providing an additional entertainment space or flexible sleeping area.

On the main floor, the chalet opens into a bright and spacious open-plan kitchen and dining area, leading into a large living room with access to a balcony offering panoramic mountain views. The modern kitchen is fully equipped, and the living area provides a comfortable space to relax after a day on the slopes or trails.

Upstairs, you’ll find the master bedroom with an ensuite shower room and WC, two further bedrooms, a family bathroom, and a cosy reading snug on the landing—perfect for unwinding with a book.

Outside, guests can enjoy private parking for two vehicles, an EV charging point, and a peaceful setting surrounded by nature.

Self-catered bookings include:

• Fresh bed linen and towels (based on standard guest configuration)
• End-of-stay cleaning
• Local taxe de séjour (tourist tax), including a Carte d’Hôtes offering free use of local public transport and discounts at museums and attractions

Optional extras such as food and champagne hampers, airport transfers, ski hire, child equipment, and more can be arranged through your digital guest area upon booking.

Payment Terms and Cancellation

A 10% deposit of the total cost is required to confirm your booking. The remaining balance will be automatically charged 30 days prior to arrival.

Cancellations made more than 30 days before arrival will receive a full refund. Within 30 days of arrival, the booking is non-refundable.

A refundable damage deposit of €1000 will be charged on arrival and released upon check-out.
