This two-bedroom gem features a spacious master bedroom with ample storage, while the second bedroom offers flexibility with the choice of two twin beds or one double bed. An additional mezzanine area provides a single bed and doubles as a play space for children, complete with an educational play mat.
The sunny living area boasts an open plan kitchen, living, and dining room, providing breathtaking views of Mont Blanc and the charming town of Chamonix. The cathedral ceiling in the living room and the master bedroom adds a feeling of volume. The modern kitchen comes fully equipped for your culinary needs. The stylish shower room has a large Italien style shower. Convenience is key with amenities such as a washer/dryer, internet, and dishwasher. The location
Apartment Alpes V benefits from a central Chamonix location, less than a minute’s walk from the pedestrianised high street, yet in a quiet building, set back and facing the mountains. In Chamonix you will find every amenity with superb restaurants, cafés and bars as well as supermarkets, shops and ski/board/boot hire shops. The bus stop for the free Chamonix Valley bus service is under a 5 minute walk from the apartment, as is the train station. From here there are regular buses giving easy access to all the excellent ski areas the valley has to offer. The famous Aiguille du Midi lift, taking you up to 3842m and giving spectacular views of Mont Blanc can be seen from the apartment and is also just a 5 minute walk from the apartment. A fantastic and convenient location for anyone looking to make the most of everything Chamonix has to offer.
What’s Included
Self-catered bookings include linen/towels for each bed end of stay cleaning. This allows you to benefit from the Carte d’Hotes giving you free travel on the trains and reductions on entry to the museums and other attractions. Standard check-in is between 4-8pm and check-out is by 10am. Early or late check-in and check-out might be available and can be booked through your guest area.
Payment terms and CancellationÂ
To confirm the booking, you must pay 30% of the total cost. Along with the accommodation fee, you will be charged a local tourist tax of 4.6 euros per adult per night and a non-refundable booking fee of 5%. The remaining balance will be automatically charged to the provided card 30 days before your arrival. You will receive an email notification prior to the balance being charged.
If you cancel your booking via email up to 30 days before arrival, you will receive a full refund, excluding the 5% booking fee. However, within 30 days of arrival, the booking becomes non-refundable.
