Apartment Chéserys is a delightful ground-floor retreat located in the picturesque village of Les Praz in Chamonix. Situated within a modern apartment building, this stylish accommodation features a well-equipped kitchen, a comfortable living and dining area, and a spacious bedroom. With a flexible layout including a sofa bed in the living room, it can easily accommodate up to four guests but best suited for couples. The apartment offers a sizeable shower room and direct access to a terrace with outdoor furniture, perfect for soaking in the stunning surroundings. Guests also have access to a ski locker, underground parking, and a communal spa facility for ultimate relaxation.

What’s Included

Self-catered bookings include linen/towels for each bed  (there is a 25 euro per stay supplement for a sofa bed pack if your property has a sofa bed you wish to use), end of stay cleaning and local taxe de séjour (tourist tax). This allows you to benefit from the Carte d’Hotes giving you free travel on the trains and reductions on entry to the museums and other attractions. Standard check-in is between 4-8pm and check-out is by 10am. Early or late check-in and check-out might be available and can be booked through your guest area.

Payment terms and Cancellation 

To confirm the booking, you must pay 10% of the total cost. Along with the accommodation fee, you will be charged a local tourist tax of 4.6 euros per adult per night. The remaining balance will be automatically charged to the provided card 30 days before your arrival. You will receive an email notification prior to the balance being charged.

If you cancel your booking via email up to 30 days before arrival, you will receive a full refund. However, within 30 days of arrival, the booking becomes non-refundable.
