What’s Included
Self-catered bookings include linen/towels for each bed , end of stay cleaning and local taxe de séjour (tourist tax). This allows you to benefit from the Carte d’Hotes giving you free travel on the trains and reductions on entry to the museums and other attractions. Standard check-in is between 4-8pm and check-out is by 10am. Early or late check-in and check-out might be available and can be booked through your guest area.
Payment terms and Cancellation
To confirm the booking, you must pay 30% of the total cost. Along with the accommodation fee, you will be charged a local tourist tax of 4.6 euros per adult per night and a non-refundable booking fee of 5%. The remaining balance will be automatically charged to the provided card 30 days before your arrival. You will receive an email notification prior to the balance being charged.
If you cancel your booking via email up to 30 days before arrival, you will receive a full refund, excluding the 5% booking fee. However, within 30 days of arrival, the booking becomes non-refundable.
