Apartment Rebats is a modern apartment located in the eaves of a town house close to the centre of Chamonix. Recently renovated and stylishly furnished it comprises two bedrooms, one bathroom, sleeping up to 4 guests. The spacious master bedroom opens onto a sunny balcony, where you can enjoy incredible views of Mont Blanc. The second bedroom has low ceilings and is best suited to children. The cosy living space makes Apartment Rebats a great place to relax after a day in the mountains.
Apartments Rebats is located in a peaceful area, yet Chamonix’s pedestrianised centre with its attractions such as the Aiguille du Midi gondola and Montenvers train, is just an easy 5 minute walk away. Set on the south side of the valley it enjoys sunshine both in summer and winter and spectacular views of the Mont Blanc Massif. There are bus and train stops both under a 5 minute walk from the apartment giving access to the different ski areas within the Chamonix Valley. Also just a 15 minute walk from the apartment is the area of Lac des Gaillands, where in summer there is rock climbing, an acro park and a café, a great spot for families. Apartment Rebats is great for families, or couples, who would like to be walking distance from the centre of Chamonix with all its amenities, but in a quiet spot with excellent views.
Apartment Rebats is situated on the third floor of a local town house (no lift). It has a stylish and modern kitchen which is a pleasure to cook in, equipped with a fridge-freezer, oven, stove, microwave and coffee machine. The cosy living space has a dining table and a sofa area with television. There is one spacious double bedroom, and one twin bedroom with low ceilings. The double bedroom opens onto a south facing balcony with uninterrupted mountain views. There is one bathroom with a shower, basin and WC and also a separate WC. There is a ski locker in the entrance area.
Self-catered bookings include linen/towels for each bed (there is a 25 euro per stay supplement for a sofa bed pack if your property has a sofa bed you wish to use), end of stay cleaning and local taxe de séjour (tourist tax). This allows you to benefit from the Carte d’Hotes giving you free travel on the trains and reductions on entry to the museums and other attractions. Standard check-in is between 4-8pm and check-out is by 10am. Early or late check-in and check-out might be available and can be booked through your guest area.
Payment terms and Cancellation
To confirm the booking, you must pay 30% of the total cost. Along with the accommodation fee, you will be charged a local tourist tax of 4.6 euros per adult per night and a non-refundable booking fee of 5%. The remaining balance will be automatically charged to the provided card 30 days before your arrival. You will receive an email notification prior to the balance being charged.
If you cancel your booking via email up to 30 days before arrival, you will receive a full refund, excluding the 5% booking fee. However, within 30 days of arrival, the booking becomes non-refundable.

Clean, modern, nice apartment located close to the start of the busiest / central streets in Chamonix. Very responsive host, so overall a very nice stay.
